Welcome to Bites Food Fight Club. Our mission is to bring attention to the food in Arizona with a focus on Tucson. We will be highlighting local restaurants and food trucks by having a semi-annual food fight competition that focuses on one specific food type. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Submit this application form to indicate your interest in becoming a vendor.
2. Once your application is accepted, we'll collect your vendor fee and ask for any additional documentation required (health department permits, fire department approvals, etc)
RAIN OR SHINE POLICY: This event will be held rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to rain, inclement weather, or any weather-related conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
SAFETY AND LIABILITY: Bites Market will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Participant’s property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and/or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against Bites Market related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction.
INSURANCE: Participant represents that it has, or will have at the time of the event, appropriate insurance to cover liability for the types of activities Participant will conduct at the event. Participants are fully responsible for any of its liabilities, actions, or omissions, and will indemnify, defend, and hold Bites Market harmless against any claims related to Participant’s liabilities, actions, or omissions.
Applying to this event does not guarantee you are an accepted vendor. Any vendors who have NOT been officially accepted to vend at this event will not be allowed to vend at the event.
Free admission for attendees. Open to all ages. Pet-friendly. Outdoor event with pool access.
Instructions + Terms
BOOTH TYPE: Vendor spaces will be 10’x10’ outdoors. Table space is limited and a canopy is suggested but not required.
CANOPIES, CANOPY WEIGHTS, TABLES & CHAIRS: Canopies are required and must have weights of at least 25lbs per leg. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopies, weights, tables and chairs.
LOAD-IN: Load in begins as early as 1PM. Set up is from 1-3PM. Everyone must be fully set up and ready to go by 3:30PM.
LOAD-OUT: Vendors may start cleaning up at 7PM, and must be fully cleaned up and out of the venue by 9PM.
PARKING: Parking is available at a first-come first-serve basis for both vendors and customers.
Vendors are responsible for getting their own necessary insurances, such as for alcohol. The venue has insurance for this event, but if you want extra insurance, you must attain it on your own.
