Must offer samples to everyone (only ticket holders will be allowed entries into the area), then people will pick which vendor to get a full size burger from and give them the ticket. We will be buying the meal tickets back at $10 each. The ticket holders will also have a voting ticket - that combined with the 3 judges will determine the winner. Why the judges? The average consumer knows what they like but aren’t always able to appreciate quality, ingredients, skill, and appreciation for the talent and skill a chef actually possesses. First place will receive a trophy, bragging rights, and $500 cash.
